Terms of Service

As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. If we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup. Immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due will result in client outreach and/or profile update.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visit(s), please let us know 24 hours in advance to report scheduled pause of service.

We assume no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or other property.

Oversized yards, defined by duration of cleaning, will be charged oversized yard fee as discussed prior to cleaning by Scoop Brothers and the client.

If an additional dog or animal is present at the time of services, Scoop Brothers will contact the client to add it to the client profile. If the client cannot be reached after two attempts, dog or animal will automatically be added to the client profile.

Either party may terminate service at any time.

Unpaid balances are due within 1 day of credit card authorization. After 10 days of nonpayment, all subscriptions will be canceled until past due invoices are paid. There will be an additional charge of $25 to restart services if subscription is canceled due to an unpaid invoice. Invoices 90 days past due will be sent collections.

When the client signs up for service, client approves Scoop Brothers service sign added to yard indicating yard has been service by Scoop Brothers.

We reserve the right to modify or change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email or through our website.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
