Yes! We service in most conditions and only pause when it is genuinely unsafe. If weather forces a delay, we reschedule your visit as soon as we can.
Nope! We send a heads-up when we are on the way, and we just ask that any gates are unlocked before we arrive. After each visit, we will send a photo of your secured gate for peace of mind.
