As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Over sized yards will be charged a over sized yard fee discussed by Scoop Brothers and the client.
If additional dog is present at the time of services we will reach out to check to see if we need to add them to your profile, if we can not get in touch with client by phone or email, after two visits we will automatically add the dog to your profile.
Either party may terminate service at any time.
Unpaid balances are due within 1 day of card running. and after 10 days all subscriptions will be canceled until past invoices are paid. There will be additional charge of $25 to restart services if subscription is canceled due to unpaid invoice. Invoices over due 90 days will be sent collections and thief of service will be filed.
We reserve the right to modify or change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email or through our website.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
